NEW: Nathaniel Stone meets...
Whatever form this peculiar and particular ghost was to take, whether it be a simulacrum he or she, Nathaniel knew that it would never be one of mere imagination. There was a real dark intelligence to this singular apparition of the dead, one that he had never come across before, and it was one that would test him to the limits of his skill.
He stood in the empty room, took a deep breath, let it out with a long drawn out sigh, and waited - there was little else he could do. Whatever this ghostly presence needed from him, Nathaniel would need to appear to provide. So he prepared himself. Concentrating solely on his body, he raised his heartbeat, which increased his pulse dramatically, so that it thumped with a loudness that seemed to reverberate around the room. He allowed his skin to glisten with new-felt perspiration, his lips to moisten, his pupils to grow and darken, all known enticements to the dead.
He didn't have to wait long. Within an instant there was movement in the stripped down room, as the ghost began to arrive, its outer essence, its cloak if you will, seeping through the walls as it oozed lasciviously through and around Nathaniel. And with that, Vincenzo in full form, stepped into the room.
