In 1809, Vincenzo Strand sat down and wrote the book. He didn't move for six months. He didn't falter, didn't murmur, didn't blink, barely slept. He wrote. His eyes were unfocused, his breathing ragged, his pen scratched the surface of the desk that he sat at. He had no paper, he had no story, just a mind locked.
